A home shouldn’t be styled for a photograph. It should work — quietly, completely — for the people who live in it, and keep working long after we’ve gone.
That belief is the whole of what we do. Most organising is built for the before-and-after shot, and it unravels the moment life resumes. We work the opposite way. Through The Lived-In Method, we design order around how your household genuinely runs — the routines, the rhythms, the way each room is actually used — so the calm we create holds for years, not weeks.
Every engagement is private by default: no photographs, no exceptions, absolute discretion. This is home organisation refined across nearly two decades inside London’s most private homes — considered, unhurried, and entirely your own.
Bespoke home organisation for London’s private households.
Wardrobe organising
A wardrobe is used every day, under time pressure, usually before the day has properly begun. It is the room where a poor system is felt most sharply — and where a good one disappears entirely.
We design wardrobes around how you actually dress: what you reach for, what you travel with, what belongs to which season and which part of your life. Storage, layout and hanging are planned to fit that reality rather than the other way round.
The result is a wardrobe that stays in order without effort — where everything has a place that makes sense, and getting dressed asks nothing of you.
Home organising
A home has to hold a great deal at once — work, family, travel, guests, the ordinary weekday rhythm underneath all of it. When the systems beneath a house are wrong, the whole thing runs against you, quietly, every day.
We begin by listening. How each room is genuinely used, where the friction sits, what has never quite worked and why. Only then do we plan: what stays, what moves, what needs a better home, and how each space can carry its real function rather than its intended one.
This is The Lived-In Method applied across a whole house — order designed around the way the household actually runs, not imposed on top of it. The result is a home that works without being managed, and keeps working long after we’ve gone.
Moving home
A move is one of the few moments when a household is entirely undone and rebuilt. It is also the rare opportunity to set a home up properly from the first day, rather than inheriting years of decisions made in a hurry.
We work on both sides of a move. Before: deciding what travels with you, how it should be packed, and what the new house will need to hold. After: unpacking into a considered plan — where each room is set up around how you intend to live in it, not simply emptied of boxes.
We coordinate closely with movers, contractors and designers throughout, so the practical work and the design intent stay aligned. Nothing is left in a box for months, and nothing is put away twice.
The result is a home that functions from the first week — settled, ordered, and ready for you to live in rather than manage.
Every engagement we take on is designed from nothing, so there is no fixed list to work from. If your household needs something that isn’t described here, it is worth a conversation.
We begin the same way each time: a private consultation, at your home, to understand how the household runs and what it actually requires. You receive a considered plan and a timeline. The consultation stands alone — commissioning the work that follows is an entirely separate decision.
