Full-Day Experience
We recommend a full-day booking for clients seeking a complete transformation. This includes up to 8 hours of in-person service, planning, and styling — from hands-on decluttering and reorganisation to thoughtful product placement and visual harmony.

Short Sessions
Shorter sessions are perfect for targeted areas, finishing touches, or urgent support with quick turnarounds. These are booked at our premium hourly rate:

Minimum booking: 3 hours for short sessions. Full-day bookings receive priority availability.

Every full-day or short session includes the following support, designed to ensure your experience is smooth, thoughtful, and complete.
Complimentary Consultation: We begin with a free 30-minute consultation to understand your space, goals, and vision.
Tailored Project Planning: We thoughtfully plan your project, researching and sourcing ideal organising products to suit your style and needs.
Product Procurement: All necessary items are sourced and purchased by us, then delivered to your home on the day of service. These are invoiced at cost — no markup.
Extra Time, If Needed: Should the project require more hours than planned, additional time is billed at our standard hourly rate of £120/hour. We’ll always confirm before extending your session.
Sustainable Item Removal: We deliver decluttered items to local charity shops to support a more intentional and sustainable lifestyle.
Rubbish & Waste: While we do not handle household rubbish, we can arrange a licensed disposal service for £75/hour — or you’re welcome to book your own collection.
Travel and Additional Considerations
Free Initial 30-Minute Travel: Travel within the first 30 minutes is included at no extra cost.
Hourly Travel Rate: Our standard hourly rate applies for travel beyond the initial 30 minutes.
Parking, ULEZ, & Congestion: Any applicable parking, ULEZ, or congestion charges will be added to your final invoice.
